Es gibt die K\u00fchl- oder Heizquelle, die Isolierung und das Transportgut (im Fachjargon \u201ePayload\u201c genannt).<\/p><p>In der Entwicklung einer K\u00fchltransportverpackung brauchen wir also ein K\u00fchlquelle und eine Isolierung. Die K\u00fchlquelle sind je nach Temperaturbereich z.B. Spezialakkus von delta T.<\/p><p>Die Isolierung wird darauf abgestimmt, wie lange der K\u00fchltransport dauern soll, welche Au\u00dfentemperaturen herrschen, welches Gewicht und welches Innen- und Au\u00dfenma\u00df die Verpackung haben darf.<\/p><p>Bei der Entwicklung einer K\u00fchltransportverpackung k\u00f6nnen wir bei delta T aus einem reichen Pool an bereits existierenden Produkten sch\u00f6pfen und so sind viele Projekte einfach Weiterentwicklungen bereits bew\u00e4hrter Produkte.<\/p><p>Wichtige Voraussetzung f\u00fcr uns als Entwickler ist eine absolut genaue Definition der Eckdaten durch den Kunden. Dann dauert eine Entwicklung i.d.R.\u00a06-8 Wochen, gefolgt von reichlich Temperaturtests, um dem Prozess die n\u00f6tige Sicherheitsgarantie zu geben.<\/p><p>Wir entwickeln aber nicht nur nach Kundenauftrag, sondern auch nach Marktanforderungen.
