History
Established in 2000, delta T GmbH headquarter is based in Fernwald near Giessen, Germany. Our insulated packaging and delta T fluid elements are used to transport life science products at constant temperatures. Our products are designed for the challenging requirements of life sciences and ensure life-saving properties of transport products like red blood cells, blood products, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, diagnostic, labor samples and biotech products.
In recent years, delta T has grown steadily and has been operating a cold pack and insulation box production with 15 employees at the Fernwald site since 2010.
From scratch to final product, delta T can select from a variety of insulation materials. We offer both disposable and reusable solutions that ensure temperature stability. Some of our insulation materials used are polyurethane, styrofoam, polypropylene and vacuum insulation panels. In combination with unwoven fabrics, hard panels, aluminum or cardboard, the box will be ready for the duty to come.
Temperature sensitive products can be monitored with delta T’s ThermoScan Dataloggers. The Dataloggers are very small and can be placed closely at the product in order to document temperature stability. The temperature profile of your transport can be read and evaluated on a PC. At the sampling rate of 10 minutes, your data can be recorded over a period of 3 months.
According to the requirements of the customers, delta T can design and produce passive transport systems from 6 to 120 hours, with the guarantee that sensitive goods will be transported in a defined temperature range.
